I have a AX-12+ motor from the Bioloid Premium kit that also fail with
alarm when I run the motor check from the cm-510 controller.

When I change the goal position I loss the power form the cm-510 controller.  

 

Also a second motor fail just now this one does not follow correct the goal position. When I rotate it right it start rotate left with no stop.

Please try the self check list on the web first, and tell us at which step you had the problems.

 

The first motor seems to be overloaded. The voltage can be fallen when its motordrive or motor itself was consuming too much currents in operation. How much load is required to the motor? 
 
The second motor seems to have been disassembled before.
When circuit or motor direction has changed, it can happen.  
 
To solve the problems, please try the firmware restoration with USB2Dynamixel first.
How to restore the firmware is shown at following weblink.
And as for the 2nd AX-12+, please check  if it is possible to read the present position value with RoboPlus Manager.
