Problem with the USB2Dynamixel

Yes i know that, but the  problem it still exist. I read the manual for USB2Dynamixel, i search the device manager to my PC and the port is ok, com6 and in the roboplus manager the port is com6 to, but when i try to make an Autosearch it is not reaspont.

I try to connect my robot to my laptop nad to my desctop pc and i can't .

Τhe truth is that i have the problem when i try to connect the Havimo2 camera ,with USB2Dynamixel , to roboplus with Roboplus Terminal and I did not succeed.

The problem is also with the AX-12+, when i connect the servo AX-12 to USB2Dynamixel(TTL) and try to search the servo with roboplus manager and Dynamixel Wizard and nothing.........


Please Help........

Hi Sakis,

Thank you for your patience with us.

 

Does your premium kit robot fucntion properly?

If it works properly, there is no problem with your AX-12+ motors.

Try connecting ONLY on AX-12+ to your USB2Dynamixel to test it.

During your test, please check whether or not the TxD LED on your USB2Dynamixel blinks.

If you have duplicate IDs or damaged cables, you can encounter communication problems.

Also, try checking with a different USB port.

PC - USB2Dynamixel(RS232) – CM510 – AX12+

Dear Robotis


I still have the problem with connection.

I try to connect only one servo motor AX-12 with USB2Dynamixel to see if it's works .

What i did:

i connect the servo with the Usb2dynamixel in TTL possition and then with the cm510 controler , nothing alse is connect only the servo.

Then i search the servo with the Dynamixel Wizard , with Basic search ----NOTHING

i try to make a Dynamixel Firmware Recovery ,but nothing.


Can you tell me what is the problem?????????

The port i thinκ it is OK, port 6 in Windows divice manager and port 6 in roboplus manager,

The TXD LED on Dynamixel usb2 is blinks when i try to connect with the servo AX-12 or with the serial cable to cm510 controler.
