When returning products, first fill out RMA Form and send it to us.
If you have purchased from one of our partner, please submit RMA Form through our partner.
ROBOTIS staff will make notice after reviewing the Form and issue RMA number including returning address.
No returns will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Please be sure to ship in its original condition/packing.
After inspecting and testing, we will return your product or its replacement normally within 14 days.
